A quick and delicious dessert, which is dairy-free, gluten free, refined sugar free and 100% guilt-free!

Ingredients
 2 large green apples
 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
 1 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
 1 tsp peanut butter
 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions

Preheat air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut both apples directly across the middle (not down).

Scoop out the core of each half and place in the air-fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and cool but leave the air-fryer on.

While the apples are in the air-fryer place the macadamias, shredded coconut, and cinnamon into a food processor and blitz for a few seconds but leave it as a fairly chunky texture.

Spoon half a teaspoon of peanut butter into where the cores have been scooped out and top with the crumble mixture,

Return the apples to the air-fryer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until the crumble begins to brown.

Remove and serve onto two plates and top with coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
