The course has a really strong emphasis on culture and traditions, it wasn’t just about food. And coming from a Croatian background that really resonated with me. Food is such an important part of our culture as it’s not just eating to fuel your body. The modules were really easy to work through there were different delivery methods, reading, video, animations and tutorials.
