This course was created by Cyndi O'Meara an internationally acclaimed nutritionist with more than 40 years' experience and founder of Changing Habits and The Nutrition Academy.

We recommend 4 to 6 hours week to complete the course in 12 months.

Most students take around 6 -12 months to complete the introduction to Nutrition Course.

There are a total of 11 modules for this course.

While many of our other courses have assessments, the Introduction to Nutrition course does not.

If your goals this year include managing your weight, don't turn to laboratory-made shakes, make your own!
