Science and food technology have taken away all the foods we've eaten for thousands of years and replaced them with new food. This has been a disaster for our health and obesity levels. ⁠

The answer is to go back to basics; back to the foods we ate before science and technology changed the way we think and eat. ⁠

Don't be a statistic. Don't do what the rest of the population is doing; do something different. ⁠

Stay away from technology foods and go back to nature-based foods. ⁠

The more processing a food has gone through, the less nutritious it is. In some cases there is no nutrition left and our body doesn't even know what to do with it.
