- Combine one can of coconut cream, quarter teaspoon of probiotic and 200g of dates, roughly chopped to a clean glass jar.
- Mix to combine.
- Keep it somewhere warm in your home to ferment for 24 hours.
- Once the 24 hours are up, move it to store in the fridge and eat fresh, top with fresh fruit for a yoghurt bowl or use in smoothies.
