Coconut Yoghurt

Fermented Coconut Yoghurt
Prep Time 20 minutes
Fermentation Time 1 day
Servings: 10 serves
Course: Breakfast, Dessert, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 400g can coconut cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Changing Habits probiotic
  • 200 g dates chopped

Equipment

  • 1 I litre mason jar with lid
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Combine one can of coconut cream, quarter teaspoon of probiotic and 200g of dates, roughly chopped to a clean glass jar.
  2. Mix to combine.
  3. Keep it somewhere warm in your home to ferment for 24 hours.
  4. Once the 24 hours are up, move it to store in the fridge and eat fresh, top with fresh fruit for a yoghurt bowl or use in smoothies.
