Are you ever so hungry that you find yourself swallowing such huge bites that it feels physically uncomfortable? That`s a great sign to take an opportunity to slow down. A feeling of forcefulness when swallowing, pain in your chest, needing to cough or having to drink water between bites are all signs it`s time to slow down!
