Based on the vitalistic philosophy of food and nutrition, The Nutrition Academy courses provide students with extensive knowledge and understanding of past and current nutritional trends that influence health and wellbeing.

Our philosophy

We were never designed to eat processed and refined foods, so what we are seeing is an increase in the number and type of autoimmune diseases. Our body needs essential minerals and vitamins to create energy and build immunity – this must come from our food, lifestyle and environment.

However, there is a significant issue at hand - a lot of our food is produced in a manner that strips it of crucial minerals and vitamins. By gaining an understanding of the origins of our food, we can provide our bodies with the nourishment they require instead of ingesting something that might eventually harm our health.

Would you love to wake up every morning with a mountain of energy, ready to take on the world, but instead often feel tired and sick? Well you are not alone…

Around 40% of Australian children have a chronic disease, as well as 80% of Australian adults over the age of 65.

But being sick and having an unhealthy body isn’t just down to our gene pool. We have incredible power over our health and that comes down to our food, environment and lifestyle.

If you are searching for answers to health for yourself or someone else, I get it. If we don’t have our health, life can be so limited but, the world of health messaging is confusing and contradictory. This is why I wanted to share with the world everything I have learnt over the past 40 years about functional nutrition.
