Chronic disease is one of the most pressing issues in modern society—and much of it is preventable. This course explores the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on long-term health, equipping you with practical tools and evidence-based insights to improve wellbeing for yourself and those around you.
Developed and delivered by leading nutritionist Cyndi O’Meara, the course combines modern science with ancestral wisdom to help you understand the true role of food in health and disease.
The foundations of whole food nutrition
How to navigate health misinformation and make empowered choices

Practical strategies to improve personal and family health
How to build a long-term lifestyle of vitality and wellbeing
Mode of Study: Online, self-paced
Course Access: 12 months from date of enrolment
Time Commitment: Flexible—complete at your own pace, or within 12 weeks with our guided Bootcamp calls
Support: Bootcamp with 10 x weekly live group coaching sessions
For students seeking structure, motivation, and community, the Winter Bootcamp offers 10 weeks of guided support. Beginning 1st June 2025, participants will join live weekly group coaching calls with Cyndi O’Meara. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding, answer questions, and keep you accountable.
Live Coaching Schedule:
Every Wednesday at 6:00pm AEST from 4th June to 6th August 2025
All calls will be recorded and shared following the coaching sessions each week.
