I undertook this course as a way to further educate myself on nutrition, with a view to becoming a health coach down the track. What I gained from this course is a much deeper understanding of how our health can be impacted by our environment and the foods that we eat. I would recommend this course to anyone who has a desire to improve their own health and that of those around them. I am now confident that I could impart my knowledge and positively influence the health of others.
