This course offers a perspective not given at university. It looks at the holistic and historical perspective. This course makes you critically think about nurtition and the driving forces behind fad diets. I really enjoyed the multi-faceted approach to nutrition. If you want to learn about the how to be healthy along with the why, then this course is for you. You will have substantial knowledge of the human body and the gut system which you can pass onto loved ones in helping make everyone healthier!
